Insurance networks and individual plans change, and two plans with the same company name can have different networks. When you call or email to schedule, our team will help you check whether your plan works for your visit, and we confirm your coverage at check-in. Please bring your insurance card to every visit.

Medicare Advantage plans each have their own provider networks. If you have, or are thinking about, a Medicare Advantage plan, call us with the plan name and member ID card and we'll check before you schedule.
Cash pay is welcome for primary care and walk-in sick visits. Ask our team about visit costs when you call.
