Dr. Sara Poslaiko is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), licensed in Florida and certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College, Associate of Science from Tallahassee Community College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Central Florida, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Florida State University.
With over 18 years of diverse healthcare experience across inpatient and outpatient settings throughout Florida, she has held multidisciplinary roles that honed her skills. Her academic and professional achievements include Nurse of the Year, Most Outstanding Teaching Assistant, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing award for Outstanding Scholarship of Practice.
Her DNP project reflected a deep passion: Examining Psychosocial Factors Influencing the Transition from Pediatric to Adult Healthcare for Emerging Adults (ages 18–30) Living with Diabetes. Her experiences inform her approach at PulsePoint Primary Health, where she specializes in primary care, diabetes management, wound care, and aesthetics.
